Himgiri Traders

Himgiri Traders has been here across from the Town Hall in Nai Sarak for quite a while now. If you've ever walked through Katra Jamun in Chandni Chowk, you know how busy it gets. It's crowded, noisy, and full of life. We spend most of our days here handling orders and talking to people who come in from all over. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where work happens. We deal with various goods and try to keep things moving as fast as the traffic outside allows. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but that is just how it is in this part of Delhi. My father started things off and we just kept it going. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It's just us, some shelves, and a lot of registers. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here by name. When the tea man comes around in the afternoon, that’s usually our favorite part of the day. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them where to look. It’s a simple way of doing business, honestly. We focus on getting the stock right and making sure nobody leaves unhappy if we can help it. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep, but everyone manages fine. It's just a regular day-to-day life here in the heart of the old city. We see the seasons change through the window.
