Kudos Manpower Solutions

Kudos Manpower Solutions is based out of House Number-179, Pocket B-5, in Sector-5 of Rohini. It’s a very local, residential-feeling part of Delhi. Our office is basically just a house that we’ve converted for work purposes. It has that homey feel, which is nice because it doesn't feel like a cold, gray cubicle farm. We have a few rooms where the staff sits, and there’s always someone coming or going. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people walking to the local market. We like being part of the community here in Rohini. We don't have a big HR department or a floor of managers. We just have a small team of us who handle the manpower side of things. There’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down notes on pads of paper. Our desks are usually a bit messy with forms and resumes. We don't really worry about having everything looking perfect. As long as we can find what we need, it’s fine. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the address on a piece of paper. It’s a simple setup, and it works for what we need to do every day. We just drink our chai, do our work, and try to help people find where they need to go. We’ve been doing this for years and we don't plan on changing how we operate anytime soon.
