Kshitiz Realtors is tucked away here in Shalimar Bagh. If you live around this part of town, you probably know the streets are mostly quiet with people just going about their daily business. We spend a lot of our time walking through the different blocks, looking at houses and checking out which shops are closing or opening up. It is not a big office with shiny glass walls. It is just a place where we keep our files and meet folks who are thinking about moving. Being in Shalimar Bagh means we see the same faces at the park or the market almost every day. We know which corners get too much sun in the afternoon and which buildings have the best parking. Real estate around here isn't always fast, sometimes it’s just a lot of waiting and talking. We try to keep track of who is selling what, but mostly we just listen to what people are looking for. It gets a bit hectic when someone is in a rush to move, but usually, things move at their own pace. We are not trying to change the neighborhood, we just live and work in it. If we are not at the desk, we are probably out showing a flat or grabbing a quick snack down the road. It is a simple setup we have here, and we like that people can just drop in and talk without any fuss.
