Our branch is located at 8 UA, right in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Delhi and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The building itself has seen a lot of people walk through its doors over the years. We aren't one of those massive glass skyscrapers you see in the newer parts of the city. This is more of a local spot where people from the neighborhood stop in. It can get pretty crowded on the first of the month, and things might feel a bit slow when the systems are being updated, but we do what we can. The staff here mostly grew up around this area or have lived in Delhi long enough to know the shortcuts. We keep a pretty tight schedule, but there’s always time for a quick chat with the regulars. The space is filled with the sound of counting machines and people talking over the counters. It’s not fancy, but it’s practical. We have some old filing cabinets in the back that have been there forever. Every morning starts with opening up the heavy doors and getting the lights on. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually ready to head out and face the Delhi traffic. It’s just a regular bank branch doing what it does every day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It's just a place where we handle money and talk to the neighbors.
