Living and working in Shalimar Bagh means you get to know every corner of the neighborhood. That’s how it is for us at the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around looking at different flats and plots. It’s not like those big corporate real estate firms you see on TV. We’re just a small setup here. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or trying to sell what they have. We know which blocks have the best water supply and which ones get too much noise from the main road. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and old property newspapers. Sometimes clients just drop by for a chat and a cup of chai, even if they aren't looking to buy anything right then. It’s about being part of the community here. We don't use any fancy software to match people; we just remember who told us they were looking for a two-bedroom place near the park. The summers get really hot, so we try to do the site visits early in the day. It’s a lot of listening to what people need and trying to find something that fits their budget. It’s straightforward work, and we’ve been doing it in this same area for quite some time now.
