Khanpuri Properties

Khanpuri Properties is located at B40 Vijay Nagar, right in the Old Guptha Colony. Our office is in Khanpuri House, which is very close to Delhi University. Because we are so near the university, the area is always full of students and a lot of energy. We have been at B40 for a long time now. Our work mostly involves helping people find places to stay or shops to rent in this part of North Delhi. Khanpuri House is not a modern office building, it is a traditional place that feels more like a home. We do not use any corporate jargon or fancy marketing tricks. We just sit down with whoever comes in and talk about what they need. We know the landlords in Old Guptha Colony and we know which buildings are good. Dealing with property around the university can be chaotic, but we try to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing people different rooms or floors. We do not make big claims about being the best. We just do our job and try to be honest about the prices. Most of our clients come to us because their friends told them we are fair. We like being in Vijay Nagar and seeing the neighborhood change every year. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
