Our office is right on Meerut Road in Maharajpur, directly opposite the metro station. It’s a great spot because everyone getting off the train sees our sign when they walk out. We spend our days talking to people about land and houses in this part of the city. The road outside is always noisy with cars and the metro rumbling by, but we have a couple of chairs where people can sit and talk. We don't have a big fancy staff, just a few of us who know the local area really well. We’ve watched this neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up where there used to be empty fields. Most of our work is just driving around to show people different plots or checking the paperwork at the local offices. We keep a lot of maps and property listings pinned to the walls. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with old clients who stop by to say hello. Real estate can be a bit slow some months, and then suddenly everyone wants to buy something at once. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just our phones and a lot of talking to figure out what someone is looking for. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and looking at dusty construction sites, but that is just how we find the right places for people to see.
