Our shop, Kamal Communication Computer Mobile Repairing Services, is situated at 332, Main Bawana Road in Shahbad Daulatpur, near the Delhi G P O area. We mostly deal with broken screens, slow laptops, and phones that won't turn on. It’s a small space filled with tiny screws, magnifying glasses, and soldering irons. We spend a lot of time hunched over a workbench under a bright lamp. It can be quite frustrating when a part doesn't arrive on time or a software update fails, but that's just part of the job. We see a lot of people coming in stressed because they lost their photos or can't get their work done. We just try our best to get their devices back to them in one piece. The shelves are full of old spare parts and boxes of chargers. It’s not a very tidy place because there’s always something being pulled apart or put back together. We’ve been at this spot on Bawana Road for a while now. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, but we get used to it. We don't have any corporate training; we just learned by doing and fixing things over the years. People from Shahbad Daulatpur know they can drop off their gadgets here. We give them a small slip of paper as a receipt and tell them to come back in a day or two. It's a simple, busy repair shop that keeps us on our toes every single day.
