Our place is located at 185 in Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar. Since we’re in the transport hub, we see a lot of people passing through all day. Most of our work involves helping local guys with their computer problems or setting up systems for the offices nearby. It’s a bit of a dusty neighborhood because of all the trucks, but we keep the shop as clean as we can. A couple of desks and some spare parts are usually lying around. It’s not a fancy office. We mostly just sit and work on whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a virus, other times a broken screen. Handling these things is what keeps us busy. The tea stall next door is where we get our breaks. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just tell you what's wrong with the machine and try to get it sorted out. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the hardware to worry about that. It’s a basic shop for basic needs. We don't do anything too fancy. If it plugs in and runs software, we probably have a tool for it. It's just a regular day-to-day business in a busy part of town. People know where to find us when their office tech starts acting up. We open the shutters in the morning and stay until the sun goes down.
