Over here at B K Computer Solutions in Srinagar Colony, things stay pretty steady most of the time. The shop is tucked away a bit, so it is not as noisy as the main roads, which is nice when you are trying to figure out a tricky software problem. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and a lot of power strips everywhere. Usually, there is a half-finished cup of tea sitting somewhere near a printer. People from the colony drop by with their laptops under their arms, usually looking a bit worried about their lost photos or a broken hinge. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the spare parts take a day or two to arrive, and we just have to tell the customers to be patient. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy opening up CPU cabinets to worry about that. It gets a little warm in the afternoons when all the machines are running at once, so we keep the fan on high. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a place in Srinagar Colony where you can get your computer looked at without a lot of fuss. It is a simple setup, and that seems to work fine for us and the neighbors.
