Jindal'S Intellicom Contact Center

Our office is located in Kishan Ganj, specifically at 402 Bkk. It’s a part of Delhi that always feels alive, though traffic can be a pain sometimes. Being a contact center means there is always noise from phones ringing or people talking. We have a lot of headsets lying around and the computers stay on most of the time. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. The Pin code is 110007 if you are looking us up on a map. We started Jindal'S Intellicom because there was a need for this kind of work in this part of town. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees, just a local team doing our bit. Some of us have been here since the beginning. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the shifts. The office space is functional. We don't have fancy decor or those bean bag chairs you see in movies. It’s just a place where we come to handle calls and manage data. Sometimes the internet acts up, like it does everywhere else, but we manage. People know us in the building. It’s a decent place to work and we try to keep things simple. We don't really have a big speech about what we do, we just answer the phones and do the jobs we are assigned. We just take it one call at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly.
