Jaina Properties

You can find Jaina Properties over at Shop No 1227/1. We are right in Gali No 11 in the Green Market area of Sadar Bazar. It is a very crowded place most days, especially with the Mother Dairy right across from us. There are always people walking around, carrying bags and buying things for their homes. Our shop is quite small but we manage to get everything done in the space we have. We deal with all sorts of properties around the Sadar Bazar area. It's a very busy market, so there is never really a quiet moment for us. We’ve been here in Gali No 11 for quite some time now, so we know the rhythm of the place. You see the same faces every morning, which makes it feel like a community. We spend our mornings cleaning up the shop and getting all the files ready for the day. Most people around here know us by name. It's a lot of talking to folks and doing paperwork. If you are looking for a place in this part of town, you've probably walked right past our door. We don't use any fancy computer systems, just a lot of notebooks and our old phones. Sometimes the power goes out in the market and we just sit outside on a stool for a bit until it comes back. It’s just part of the job. Being opposite the Mother Dairy makes it easy to give people directions.
