Indo Chemicals is located in the Ring Road Mall over in Rohini, specifically in Manglam Place. We are in units 427 and 428. It might seem a bit odd to have a chemical company inside a shopping mall building, but it works well for our administrative side. We don’t keep the actual bulk chemicals here, of course. This is where all the planning, sales, and distribution coordination happens. The mall can get pretty busy on weekends, but during the work week, it’s mostly just us and the other office tenants. We have a small team of people who handle the accounts and talk to the suppliers. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples tucked away in the cabinets. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desks get buried under shipping manifests and invoices. We’ve been in this part of Sector 3 for a long time, so we know most of the other business owners nearby. If you’re coming to see us, the parking in the mall basement is usually the best bet, though it fills up fast. We aren't really a fancy operation. We just focus on getting the chemical orders processed and making sure they get to the factories on time. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, but we’ve got a good system going. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy without any big corporate fuss or long delays.
