So, I360 Training And Staffing Solutions is over here in Rohini. We are in Flat No. 310 at Jaina Apartment. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels more like a home than some big glass building downtown. Being in Sector-13 makes it easy to grab lunch nearby. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It gets pretty loud sometimes because the phones never stop ringing. We started this because we knew a lot of people looking for work and figured we could help connect them. It’s not always easy. Some days are just long and tiring, but we keep at it. The apartment has enough space for our files and the few of us who work here full-time. We’ve got some old chairs and a printer that acts up once in a while. People come in for interviews and we try to make them feel comfortable, maybe offer them water if it's hot out. New Delhi summers are no joke, especially when the AC is struggling. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the staffing work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the neighbors pretty well. It's a straightforward place with no frills. We just show up and do what needs doing.
