Hewlett Packard

Our Hewlett Packard shop is based at E 82 in Ashok Vihar Phase 1. Being in New Delhi, things are always fast and a bit chaotic, but we try to keep our little corner organized. We are right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix, so we get all kinds of people walking through the door. The E 82 building is where we do all the hard work on HP devices that need fixing or just a bit of maintenance. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a place where you’ll see screwdrivers and spare parts laying around. We spend our days dealing with the heat and the power cuts sometimes, but we keep the work going. People in Ashok Vihar know us as the place to go when their computer starts acting up or the printer jams for the tenth time. We don't try to sell anyone things they don't need. We just look at the problem and see if we can solve it. The Phase 1 area has a lot of history and we like being part of the local market scene here. It’s just us, a few technicians, and a lot of hardware to get through before the day ends. We keep the doors open and wait for whoever needs help with their HP stuff to stop by.
