We are based at 103, Street Post Office for Hemson India Recruitment Consultant in Mandi, Delhi 110007. We are right near the post office so it’s easy for people to find us. This place is basically just a few of us helping people look for jobs and helping companies find staff. The office is very simple. We have a few chairs for people who are waiting and some desks with computers that are getting a bit old now. It gets quite dusty because of the road outside but we try to keep it decent. There’s always someone walking in to ask if there are any new openings. We spend a lot of time talking to folks and listening to their stories about why they’re looking for work. It can be a lot to handle some days. We don’t have a marketing budget or anything fancy like that. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or a friend told them. We don’t use those complicated apps for everything; we still use a lot of paper and make a lot of phone calls. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take our only break. It’s just a plain way of doing things but it works for us here in Mandi. We aren’t trying to be a giant company or anything. We just want to help the people who come in and get them sorted out. That’s why we are here.
