Guru Nanak Property

You can find us at 10 Ashok Vihar Dda Market. We are in Pocket B. It’s a decent little spot in a corner of the market. Guru Nanak Property has been operating from this small shop for quite some time now. The Dda Market is where most people from the neighborhood come to get their daily stuff. It gets quite noisy in the evenings when the schools let out and people come to shop. Our office has a blue door that sticks a bit when it rains. Inside, it’s just the usual stuff—a phone, some ledgers, and a lot of pens that always seem to disappear when you need them. Ashok Vihar is a nice area, feels very local and familiar to us. We see the same faces every day. There’s a lady who sells flowers nearby and the smell is really nice in the mornings. Pocket B is a bit tucked away, so it’s slightly quieter than the main road. Guru Nanak Property is just a small local setup. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people who walk in. The ceiling fan wobbles a little, but it keeps us cool during the Delhi summers. We usually have a stack of newspapers on the table for anyone waiting. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the routine of opening the shutters every morning and seeing what the day brings.
