This is just the regular Govt. Office located over in Delhi 110007. If you know the area, it is right in that busy pocket near the university and the old north part of the city. People come here for all sorts of paperwork and official things. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning in every corner or fancy leather chairs. We have those heavy wooden desks and stacks of files that seem to never end. To be honest, it can get pretty crowded, especially on Monday mornings when everyone realizes they need a stamp or a signature on something. We just sit here and process what comes across the desk. There is a lot of drinking water from the cooler and the ceiling fans make a lot of noise but they keep the air moving. You see all kinds of people coming through the doors, some frustrated and some just waiting patiently. We don't have a website that works all the time, so most people just show up in person to ask questions. The building itself has seen better days, with some peeling paint and old posters on the walls, but it serves its purpose. Around lunchtime, the whole place smells like tiffin boxes and parathas because everyone eats at their desk. It’s a very standard government setup, nothing more and nothing less. We just try to get through the pile of documents before the day ends.
