You can find us over at Shop No 3 on Main Bawana Road. We are directly opposite Maharishi Balmiki Hospital, which makes it easy for people to spot us. Bawana is a pretty active place, especially with all the movement around the hospital. At Gopal G Associates, our work involves a lot of handling different documents and helping out with local administrative things. The shop is small but functional. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Since we are right on the main road, it gets quite noisy with the trucks and buses passing by all day. Dust comes in too, so we are always cleaning off the tables. We’ve been in this location for a while, and most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s not a high-end office with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes people come in just because they are lost or need directions to the hospital, and we don’t mind helping out. Our routine is pretty standard. We open the shutters, start the computers, and see who comes through the door. Usually, it’s locals from the Bawana area or people who have business at the hospital. We don’t use any fancy language or complicated systems. We just talk to people plainly and try to sort out their paperwork as quickly as we can.
