You can find us at 905 S.P. Mukherjee Marg, tucked away right behind the old Novelty Cinema. This part of Central Delhi is always moving, with so much traffic and people everywhere you look. We have been at this location for a while, and DRS Realtors is basically just our home base for handling property stuff in the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a lot of registers where we keep track of things. We don't do any big fancy advertising or have a polished website. Most people just find us because they are already in the area looking for a shop or a small place to stay. It involves a lot of legwork, literally walking through the lanes to meet landlords or show a space to someone. The noise from the street is always there, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time dealing with the messy side of real estate, like checking old property records and making sure the electricity bills are paid up. It is not a glamorous job at all. Sometimes deals fall through at the last minute and we have to start all over again, which is just how it goes. We try to be straightforward about the prices and the condition of the buildings we work with. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way in a very busy part of town.
