We are based at Plot No 72 in the C Block of Ashok Vihar Phase I. It is a well-established neighborhood, and we have been part of it for a long time. Our office is a simple setup on the ground floor of a regular building. We do not have any big neon signs or flashy displays in the window. Most of the time, the door is just left ajar so the local breeze can come in. We handle various estate matters for the people around here. It is a small operation, mostly just a couple of us who have known each other for years. The desks are a bit scratched up, and the walls have some old photos of the area from back when it was less crowded. We spend a lot of time walking around Ashok Vihar to check on different properties. This helps us stay updated on what is happening in the C Block and beyond. When people come in, we offer them a glass of water and just talk about what they are looking for. We do not use any sales scripts or complicated jargon. If we know of a place that fits, we tell them. If we do not, we say that too. It is a very straightforward way to run a business. We like the local pace of life and are happy to be here. We just take things one day at a time.
