Cloudture Realty Private Limited

Our office is at 205, on the second floor of Aggarwal Tarun Plaza in Tarun Enclave. It’s over in Pitampura, which is a fairly busy part of North Delhi. At Cloudture Realty Private Limited, we handle the usual real estate stuff. We aren’t a giant firm with a lot of polish. Our office is just a regular place where we work on property deals. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people. Pitampura has a lot going on, so there is never a shortage of work. We spend a lot of time on the computer and even more time on the phone. The 110034 area is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We help people find places to live or set up their own businesses. Sometimes the documents take forever to get sorted, but we stay on top of it. We don't use fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what is available and what the price is. It’s practical. Some days are long, especially when traffic is bad, but that’s New Delhi. We just keep the office running and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It is a lot of routine, but we get the job done for the locals around here.
