Champharma India is based out of Narela. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it’s a big hub for businesses like ours. We’ve been operating in Narela for some time now. The area is known for its industrial and wholesale activities, so it fits what we do. Our place isn't meant for walk-in shoppers who want to browse; it’s more of a working space where we handle our business. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and managing the logistics of getting things moved around. Narela can be a dusty and busy place with all the trucks and commercial vehicles, but that’s the environment we are used to. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Most of the time is spent on the phone or checking the stock in the back. The people who work here are locals who understand the rhythm of this part of town. We keep things simple and practical. There aren't many frills in our daily routine. We start early, get the work done, and head home. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Being in Narela gives us the space we need to operate without the constraints of the crowded inner-city markets. It works for us, and we’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years we’ve been here.
