Our business is located at No.2569 in Teliwada. We are on the first floor in Gali Sarwan, which is right in the middle of Sadar Bazar. If you know Sadar Bazar, you know how crowded and loud it gets every single day. It is a constant buzz of people and carts moving around. Our office is filled with shoes of all kinds. We have stacks of boxes almost everywhere you look. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives. We have been in the footwear trade for a long time. The building is quite old and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. We don't have a big, fancy display room. It is mostly just a place where we handle orders and show samples to our regular buyers. There is always someone coming or going. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries. It is a real family-style operation here. We know most of the other people working in Gali Sarwan and often share a cup of tea in the afternoons. It gets quite dusty because of all the cardboard and the street traffic, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity. We are just local people working hard in the shoe business and trying to get things right for our customers.
