B Mohan Medicos is right in the middle of the Jahangirpuri Subzi Market. Being in a vegetable market means it’s always loud and there’s always a lot of movement outside our door. The address is 41360. Our shop is packed with shelves from floor to ceiling. We try to keep everything in order, but with so many different boxes of medicine, it’s a constant task. People come in from the market with their lists, sometimes looking a bit tired from the heat. We don't have a lot of space for people to stand around, so it’s usually a quick in-and-out kind of thing. The floor is made of old tile that’s gone a bit grey over the years. We have a small counter where we handle the money and hand out the prescriptions. It’s a very practical sort of place. We don't have any big posters or bright lights. Just the basic stuff you need to run a chemist shop. Jahangirpuri is a tough, busy place, and we are just one of the many shops trying to help the folks who live here. The Subzi Market gets really crowded in the mornings, so that’s usually our busiest time. We just keep our heads down and try to find what people need as fast as we can.
