Amit Sales Corporation

We are located at 69 Bagh Diwar, up on the first floor in Fateh Puri. If you’ve ever walked through the streets around here, you know how crowded it gets with the rickshaws and people carrying heavy loads on their shoulders. Our building is old, and the stairs are a little steep, so you have to watch your step. Most of the day is spent handling sales calls and checking what we have left in the storeroom. It’s a corporation by name, but really it’s just a handful of us managing the inventory and making sure the bills are paid. The fans overhead hum all day long to keep the air moving because the old buildings in Fateh Puri can get pretty stuffy. We have boxes piled up near the walls, and sometimes it feels like we are running out of space, but we manage. People come in and out all day, mostly regulars who know exactly where to find us. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and the name on the door. It’s a practical setup. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the market prices. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out. It is an honest living in a part of the city that never seems to go to sleep. We just stay busy with the orders and hope the traffic isn't too bad for our deliveries.
