Alp Hr Services is located at Plot No.26/3 in Rohini, specifically in Flat No.6 of the Saraswati Apartments in Sector-9. The pin code is 110085. It’s a residential apartment building, so the office is quite small and cozy. We have a few desks squeezed into the main living area. It’s a very local way to run an HR business. You have to walk through the main gate of the complex and find the right block. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We spend the day looking at job applications and talking to companies. It’s a lot of screen time and phone calls. The apartment has a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of fresh air. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It’s just a place where we do our work. We’ve got a small fridge for our water and lunch. Rohini is a big area, and Sector-9 has everything we need close by. There’s a market nearby where we get our stationery and snacks. The stairs can be a bit steep if the lift isn't working, but it’s good exercise. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have our calendars and to-do lists. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. The curtains are a bit old, and the doorbell has a funny ring to it, but it feels right for us.
