Our office is located over in Shakti Nagar, right near Nagia Park. It’s on the third floor of the 30/8 building. Being in North Delhi means things are always lively outside. Aashahi Reality And Consultant Private Limited is where we handle various property matters and consulting bits. It’s a local operation, nothing too grand. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of house hunting and land stuff. The stairs up to the third floor keep us moving. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so we’ve seen families move in and businesses open up around the park. It’s a nice area to work in. Usually, our desks are piled with files because there’s always some new regulation or form to fill out. Real estate isn't always exciting, but it’s what we know. We talk to a lot of neighbors and people looking to settle down in this part of town. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s slow, but we’re always around. We don't use any fancy systems, just standard folders and a lot of phone calls. The view from the window overlooks the street, which gives us a good sense of the daily rhythm here.
