Rainbow Creation

Our shop is on Baikuntha Deb Road, right in the Badamtala area of Kolkata. We are actually located just behind the Cafe Coffee Day, which is a good way to find us if you are new to this neighborhood. Kolkata streets can be a bit confusing, but this spot is fairly well-known because of the cafe. We have been at this address for a bit, and it is a busy little corner of the world. There is always someone walking by or a rickshaw passing through the lane. Inside Rainbow Creation, things are a bit chaotic but in a good way. We have rolls of stuff and tools everywhere. It is not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo. It looks like a place where people actually work and get their hands dirty. We start the day with some tea and then get straight into whatever orders are waiting for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. The back room is where most of the heavy lifting happens. We like being in Badamtala because everything we need is close by. It is a real community here. You see the same faces every day. We don't do anything fancy with our branding; we just have our name on the door and we get to work. It is loud, it is busy, and it is exactly how we like it. That is life for us on Baikuntha Deb Road.
