Nehal Plastic

Our place, Nehal Plastic, is at 23/1 in Block 17 over in Kankinara. It’s near the Jagatdal police station area. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the block number carefully. The building is old but sturdy enough for what we do. We spend most of our time organizing the different types of plastic we have in the back. It is a tight fit in there, especially when the inventory is full. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small shops, so it’s a friendly vibe. We usually have the radio playing softly while we work. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the numbering in this part of Kankinara is a bit confusing for new people. We just walk the letters over to the right neighbor. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just do things the old way with a ledger and a pen. It keeps things simple for us. My brother helps out with the lifting and the deliveries. We’ve been in this spot for several years and don't plan on moving. The roof leaks a tiny bit in the corner when it pours, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s an honest day's work in a part of town we know well, and that is all that really matters.
