Our place is right in Netaji Market, over in the Ichapur area of Gobordanga. It’s a busy spot, especially on market days when everyone from the surrounding villages comes in. We handle stuff for Gsfc Ltd here. Mostly it’s about getting the right supplies to the farmers and local people who need them for their land. We spend a lot of time in the warehouse or talking to folks about what they’re growing this season. The market can be quite noisy and dusty, but it’s where all the action is. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. We don't really do much advertising because people know where we are. Usually, someone just points the way if a newcomer is looking for us. It’s a simple setup with a desk and some storage. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate office. We just want to make sure the bags are loaded onto the trucks and people get what they paid for without too much fuss. It feels good to be part of the local trade here. You see a lot of hard work in Netaji Market every day. We just try to do our bit and stay out of trouble. The rain sometimes makes the market road a mess, but that’s just how it is in Gobordanga. We stay busy year-round depending on the crops.
