Zircon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of E-40 in Sector-8. It’s a pretty basic office setup. We don’t have a ground-floor storefront, so you have to come up the stairs to find us. Sector-8 is a mix of different types of businesses, and we’ve been here for several years. We deal with technology-related tasks every day. The office is mostly just rows of computers and a lot of tangled power cords. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of the people working here have been around since we started. We aren't really into corporate culture. We just sit down, do the coding or the tech support, and talk about whatever is on the news. The windows look out over the street, which can get a bit congested in the evenings. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea and coffee. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any fancy perks or a big break room. It’s just about getting the work done on time. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we all know each other well. Sometimes the building stairs are a bit dusty, but we don't mind much.
