Our office is over in Sector 63 of Noida, at G-11. It’s a pretty standard spot in a busy part of the city. We’ve got computers everywhere and wires running along the floors in some corners. It’s not the kind of tech office you see in movies with bean bags and free snacks. It’s mostly just people at their desks, typing away or staring at monitors. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working. The air conditioner is usually running full blast because of all the heat the machines put off. Most of the staff here have been around for a while, so we don't need many meetings to know what to do next. Lunch is usually eaten at the desk or at the little stall down the road. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when there’s a big project deadline, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just handling the tech stuff that needs doing. The building is one of those typical Noida structures, nothing special to look at. We keep our heads down and get through the tickets and the code. It’s quiet inside compared to the traffic outside on the main road. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some air when the screens get too much. It’s not much of a view, just more buildings and the Noida skyline, but it helps. We just keep plugging away at it until the job is done.
