We are out in Phase-II Extension in Noida, at C-161. It's a bit of a drive from the main city center but we like the space. We've been in this building for quite some time now. It’s an IT setup, so there are cables and servers tucked away in every corner. We deal with info technology stuff every single day. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that to show off. It's just an office where people work hard. The industrial area here is quite spread out and can feel a bit empty in the evenings. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local vendors who walk by. The work can be repetitive, checking systems and making sure things stay online for our clients. It’s not always easy, especially when things break down unexpectedly at night. We just try to stay on top of it and keep things moving. The weather in Noida gets really intense in May, so we stay inside mostly. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time and they know where to find us. We don't do much in the way of big events. We just show up and do the work.
