Zilkova Infotech

We are based at Gurgaon H.O 31. This is where Zilkova Infotech lives. Gurgaon is a fast place, but our office feels a bit more grounded. We aren't in one of those shiny glass towers you see everywhere. We have a more modest setup. It’s a place where we can actually hear ourselves think. We work on various tech projects, mostly software and information stuff. It’s what we studied and what we enjoy doing. The team is small, just a handful of people who have known each other for a while. We don't have a lot of rules about what time people have to show up, as long as the work gets done. Sometimes we stay late because we got stuck on a problem and didn't want to leave it for tomorrow. The office has a few plants that we forget to water sometimes, and a lot of old magazines. It feels lived-in. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a local Gurgaon business trying to make a living. We value honesty and just getting the job done without any extra fluff. If you asked us what we do, we’d probably just show you our screens. It’s a simple life, focused on code and data, right here at number 31. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our calendars and a list of things that need to be finished before Friday. It keeps us focused.
