Zia Engineering & Consultancy Services is situated at A-41 in Sector-10. It is a typical office setting where we do a lot of our thinking and planning. We have desks covered in blueprints and technical drawings that seem to pile up no matter how much we organize them. The atmosphere is generally calm, though things can get a bit hectic when we have a deadline approaching or a tricky project to figure out. We don't have any flashy decor or anything meant to impress visitors. It is just a functional space where we can focus on engineering problems without distractions. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also go out to sites quite a bit to see how things are actually being built. When we are in the office, there is a lot of discussion about measurements and materials. We have a small pantry where we go to get water or make a quick coffee to keep us going. It is the kind of place where you can hear the pens scratching on paper and the occasional sound of a printer going off. We are a small group and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to understand what needs to be done. It’s about being precise and making sure the consultancy we provide is actually useful and grounded in reality. We just try to do our jobs well and go home to our families.
