Working at Uem India Pvt. Ltd. means spending the day at Windsor It Park in Sector-125. We occupy space on both the 2nd and 3rd floors of Tower-B. It’s one of those large glass buildings where you can’t really open the windows, so we rely on the building’s cooling system all year round. The atmosphere is generally quiet except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call ringing out across the room. We see the same faces every day in the hallways and near the water dispenser. Sector-125 is a hub for these kinds of offices, so there’s always a lot of people moving around during lunch hours looking for a bite to eat or just some fresh air. It feels like a very structured environment compared to a small shop on the street. We have our desks, our computers, and our schedules. Even though it's a big IT park, our specific office space feels like its own little world once you step inside. We’ve spent a lot of time here lately, and the walls are starting to feel familiar, with all the charts and papers pinned up on the partitions. It isn’t the most exciting place in the world, but it’s where the work gets done and where we spend our weekdays from morning until the sun starts to go down over the city. It is a long commute for some of us, but the office itself is comfortable enough.
