Our office at Uem India Pvt. Ltd is situated over on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Tower-B within the Windsor It Park in Sector-125. It’s a busy area of Noida, and the morning rush at the elevators can be a bit of a wait if you arrive right when everyone else does. Being on two different floors means a lot of us are constantly walking up and down the stairs to talk to colleagues or check on things. The view from the windows is mostly other office buildings and the traffic moving along the main road outside. We have a lot of desks set up and people are usually busy on their computers or in small meetings. The IT park itself is quite modern, which is a change from some of the older parts of the city, but it still has that typical office feel where the air conditioning is always humming in the background. We have our own rhythm here, from the first round of tea in the morning to the late afternoon slump when everyone is trying to finish their tasks for the day. It’s a pretty standard workspace, nothing too flashy, just a place where we put in our hours and deal with whatever projects are on the table. Sometimes the parking lot gets really full and you have to walk quite a bit to get to the entrance, but we’re used to it by now.
