We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. Wms Software is just a group of us sitting at our computers. Our location is listed as Wms Solutions, which sometimes confuses people, but we are all in the same space. The office is pretty simple—just rows of desks, some old coffee mugs, and a lot of whiteboards with scribbles on them. We spend the whole day looking at lines of code and trying to make the software do what it's supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes we find a bug that takes all day to squash, and other times things go smoothly. We don't talk in corporate jargon or have big meetings about vision. We just talk about the functions and the database. It can be a bit boring for someone watching from the outside, but it’s what we do. The room is usually quiet except for the sound of clicking mice and some music playing in the background. We have some snacks in the corner for when the work goes late. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in ties; we just wear whatever is comfortable. We handle various software projects and just try to get the tasks done. Making sure the stuff works is the main thing. We log in, we code, we test, and we go home. That's the daily life for us.
