Our office is over in Sector 62, Noida, at C 56/28 A. This area is full of big buildings and lots of people in formal clothes, but we’re a bit more relaxed here at Webussolutions. We don’t really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts to the office. The building we are in is decent, and we have enough space for everyone to have their own desk without being too cramped. Sector 62 is a huge place, so it took us a while to get the directions right when we first started. Now, we know all the shortcuts and the best places to get a quick snack in the afternoon. We spend the majority of our time on web work, looking at code and designing layouts. It can be tedious sometimes, but we like seeing a project come together at the end. We have a small break area with an old sofa where people sit when they need a break from the screens. We don’t have any big corporate policies or long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a very flat way of working, which suits us just fine. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the work makes it worth the trip every day.
