Webdhoom

Over at 6591 Rani Jhansi Road in Kishan Ganj, that’s where you’ll find Webdhoom. This part of Delhi is always moving. The building at 6591 is an older structure, and the stairs are a little narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying anything heavy. Once you get inside the office, it’s a bit of a maze. We have different sections for different things, but it’s all pretty informal. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really had the time to deal with that. There’s a ceiling fan in every room, and they click a lot when they’re on high. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows where the good snacks are kept. We are right on Rani Jhansi Road, so the sound of buses and rickshaws is constant. It becomes like background music after a while. We have a small window that overlooks the street, and sometimes we just watch the people going by during our breaks. The furniture is mostly wooden and looks like it's been around since the business started. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just where we spend our ten hours a day. We have a regular routine, and the location in Kishan Ganj works well for everyone’s commute. There is a small tea shop around the corner that we go to at least twice a day when we need a walk.
