We operate out of Sector 11, and we’ve been in this same spot for a good long time. It’s a straightforward kind of place for a straightforward kind of business. We handle computer repairs and some web services for the folks around here. The shop is usually full of towers and monitors waiting to be looked at. There’s a specific smell of electronics and old dust that you get used to after a while. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny showroom. It’s just a workbench, some tools, and us. Most of our customers are locals who know us by name. We get a lot of people bringing in machines that just stopped working for no obvious reason. We take them apart, find the problem, and put them back together. It’s repetitive work but there’s a satisfaction in seeing a machine boot up again. Sector 11 is a comfortable area for us. We know the other shop owners and the best place to get a quick bite when we’re hungry. We don't talk in technical jargon if we can help it. If a part is broken, we just say it’s broken. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar with due dates and a lot of sticky notes everywhere. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we run things here every day.
