Waves It Resource

Waves It Resource is tucked away in Sector-21 in Noida. If you know the area, it’s mostly residential and quiet compared to the main hubs. We like it that way because it makes it easier to focus. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just a bunch of computers and wires everywhere. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out technical issues that pop up. Sometimes we stay late because a project isn't quite right, and other days we manage to leave right on time. There is a nice park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we need a break from the monitors. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, someone just goes out and brings back chai in those small plastic cups. It’s a bit messy on some desks with notebooks and half-empty water bottles lying around. We’ve been operating from this Noida spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the local shopkeepers. It feels like a small community. We just handle the IT side of things without making a big fuss about it. It’s a job, and we try to do it right every day. The air conditioner hums a bit too loud sometimes, but we don't really mind as long as it stays cool.
