Our shop is over in Kalkaji at the Radhika Complex, specifically Shop No. 8 at 1623/13 in Govind Puri. A good landmark is the wine shop right across from us, which makes it easy for people to find the place. It’s a small, functional space where we handle software work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. Usually, you’ll just see two or three of us hunched over our screens. The area can get quite crowded, especially in the evenings, but we don't mind the energy of the street. We’ve been here for a while, and we know the other shop owners nearby. Our day is mostly spent dealing with technical requests and trying to make software do what people want it to do. It’s not always easy, and there are days when things just don't want to work. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because we don't see the point in it. We just talk like normal people and try to be clear about what we can do. The office is a bit cluttered with spare parts and old manuals, but we know where everything is. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We focus on the task in front of us and try to do a decent job every time.
