Venita Parmar

Venita Parmar works out of M/S Tehgia Leather Works, which is located at C-376 in Noida Sector 10. It is a bit of an industrial area, which makes sense for the kind of work being done with leather. We have been in Sector 10 for a while now. The building at C-376 is a straightforward place. It’s not designed to look pretty, it’s designed for work. We deal with leather every day, so there is that distinct smell in the air. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a huge corporation. It's just us here. We focus on the materials and the orders we have to get out. Noida has grown a lot, but Sector 10 still feels like a place where things are actually made. Sometimes the machines are loud, and things get a bit dusty, but that’s just how it goes in a leather works shop. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. You just come in and find someone to talk to. Usually, it’s Venita or one of the other staff members nearby. We keep it simple. If someone asks for an update, we just tell them what’s happening on the floor. No polished reports, just honest answers. Being at C-376 for so long has made us part of the neighborhood. We know the other shop owners around here. It’s a hard-working environment and we fit right in. That's the way it is.
