We have been here in Noida Sector 20 for quite a while now. The building at C-175 is always busy. If you walk inside, you'll hear the constant hum of sewing machines and see people moving rolls of fabric around. It gets pretty warm in the summers, but we keep things moving. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know the routine by heart. We handle a lot of garment production, mostly export stuff, so there are always boxes being taped up and loaded onto trucks out front. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of hard work happening every day. Sometimes the power cuts out and the generator kicks in, which is just part of life here. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Our cutters and tailors are the ones who really keep the place going. They spend all day over their tables making sure the stitches look right. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture because the factory floor is what matters. It's a bit dusty with all the thread and lint, but that’s just how it goes in the garment trade. We just focus on getting the orders finished and sent out on time so we can start the next batch. It is a long day for most of the crew here but we are used to it. We have been doing this for a long time and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
