We are up on the top floor of House No: C-4/109 in Sector-31. Being in Noida means things are always moving fast, but being on the top floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. Us Tech Solution is what we call ourselves. It is a house that has been turned into a workplace, so it has that lived-in feel. The stairs are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every morning. Sector-31 is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours. The pin code is 201301 if you are sending us any mail. We do not have a big flashy sign or a lobby with a guard. It is just a door and some desks inside. We do tech work, which mostly means staring at screens for hours and trying to fix things. Sometimes the AC struggles when it gets really hot in UP, but we manage. It is not a polished corporate office. There is usually a pile of wires in the corner and someone’s lunch smells like home-cooked food. We like it that way because it feels real. We are not trying to be the next big thing; we are just working from this top floor in Noida. It is a bit messy and sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but it is where we get our work done every single day. We have been here for a while and know the local neighbors well.
