Our office is over in Prem Nagar, specifically Sector 12, Office No 1. It’s right on the main Sector 12 Road, so it gets a bit dusty with the cars passing by. Ug Software Technologies isn’t a massive glass building or anything. We just have a few desks and a lot of power strips. Most of the time, the room is quiet because everyone is wearing headphones, focused on their screens. We deal with code all day. Sometimes the tea guy comes by around four, and that’s when we actually talk for a bit. It’s a practical space. We don't have a gym or a fancy cafeteria. People just bring their lunch boxes from home. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving chairs around too much. Finding the place is easy since we are right on the road, though parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We’ve been in this spot for a couple of years now. It’s not a flashy tech startup environment. It’s more like a regular job where we show up, do the work, and go home. We have a whiteboard that’s covered in scribbles that nobody bothered to erase from last month. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the projects at hand. It works for us. We keep things simple because we don't see any reason to make it more complicated.
