Our office for U & I Exports Pvt. Ltd. is at H128 in Sector 63, Noida. Sector 63 is a massive industrial area, so we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and export houses. It is a very busy place, especially when the shifts change and the roads get blocked with buses and bikes. Our building is a simple, functional structure. We don't have a fancy entrance or a big sign outside. Inside, it’s all about the work. We handle a lot of exports, which means there are always piles of paperwork and boxes everywhere. We have a small team, and most of us have been here for a long time. There is no corporate vibe at all; we just talk to each other and get things done. Noida gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spent a lot of time making sure the air conditioning stays running. We don’t have any marketing people or a public relations department. We just focus on making sure the goods are shipped out on time and the quality is what it should be. It is a lot of coordination with different people, which can be stressful. We often have tea together in the afternoon to take a break from the phones and computers. It is a straightforward business life. We don’t make big claims about what we do; we just show up and do the work every day.
