You can find Transcon Engineers Pvt Ltd at Plot No.68 in the Industrial Area, Phase 2. We are right on the main road, which is hard to miss since we’re near the Amar Ujala factory and the Times of India building. Having those big neighbors means there’s always a lot of activity on our street. Our shed is usually full of heavy equipment and metal beams. It’s an engineering life, through and through. The noise from the main road blends in with the sounds of our own tools. We spend most of our hours figuring out the best way to put things together. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes the materials don't arrive on time or a drawing has a mistake. We just deal with it as it happens. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for keeping the paperwork in order so we don't get lost in the files. We’ve got a group of workers who’ve been with us through plenty of busy seasons. We don't talk much about goals or visions. We just focus on the project that’s currently on the floor. It gets pretty loud and dusty, and by the end of the shift, everyone is ready to head home. Being near the landmark factories makes it easy for people to find us, which helps since we don't do much self-promotion.
